Minds in Motion - Exercise Program
Condition Specific Support, Seniors Services, and Social / Recreational
Provided by Alzheimer Society of BC
Available at numerous locations throughout BC. Visit the website for location details or call your area's Alzheimer Society Resource Centre. Registration fees (in-person sessions) include the cost of the person living with dementia and one care partner. Start at any time and pay a pro-rated registration fee.
The online Minds in Motion® consists of a 30-minute fitness video followed by 45 minutes of social activity and is an opportunity to connect with others living with dementia. Care partners must attend.
Groups meet weekly:
- Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. or 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM.
- Wednesdays: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
- Wednesdays (Cantonese): 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM.
- Thursdays: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM.
- Fridays: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM.
